Joe Terrones

Joe has always been fascinated with real estate and earned his first real estate license in Arizona in 2004. He was later licensed with Keller Williams in Virginia and in Texas. Over the years he learned to love buying, building, selling, leasing and managing homes and was consistently in the top five percent of San Antonio agents. He earned a reputation for hard work, dedication to his clients, and enjoyable efficient transactions.

Joe graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1994 with a degree in Computer Science and spent the next 21 years mastering communications for the Air Force. Along the way he earned a Master’s in Business and met his amazing bride, Francesca. They now have two wonderful girls, Natasha and Jasmine. This kindhearted and talented family moved up the ranks and around the world, living in 14 different homes before retiring from the Air Force and pursuing their passion for real estate in San Antonio.

In addition to Real Estate, Joe & Francesca cherish family time and various hobbies. Joe enjoys photography, woodworking and handyman work around the house, all of which he uses to help his clients. He also enjoys golfing and physical fitness.
